For in-studio makeup application, I'm located at Petal Jolie Salon in Atlanta, Georgia. To book an in-studio appointment, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book.

For on-site glam (me come to you), the service rate is for the Atlanta area only. Areas outside of the Atlanta perimeter will result in an additional traveling fee. Late/cancellation policy still apply to house call services (please visit policies to review). If you live outside of the Atlanta area, please contact kenya.haynie@gmail.com.

When booking an appointment before 7:00a, a $50 fee will be charged. Appointments before 6:00a will result in a $100 fee. When booking an appointment after 8:00p, a $100 fee will be charged. This fee will be included in your final service rate.

A 15 minute arrival after your scheduled appointment will result in a $15 late fee. Tardiness may/will conflict your appointment time. Your appointment will be subject to cancellation. Deposits/payments will not be refunded. You will have 15 days from your scheduled appointment to apply your deposit/ payment to reschedule. To cancel your appointment, please notify me 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Rebooking is required after cancellation.

All online purchases made through www.kenyahaynie.com for virtual makeup lessons, virtual personal shopping experience, and e-gift cards are final sale. Online purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you choose to reschedule your appointment, please notify me 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Deposits can be held up to 15 days from your scheduled appointment. After 15 days, rebooking is required. Last minute day of (time/location) changes will result in a $50 inconvenience fee.

Typically, brides book roughly 6 months-1 year prior to their date. However, you are more than welcome to contact anytime for availability. 

Bridal Consultations are highly recommended but optional! We will utilize this time to create the perfect look for your special day and discuss the service agreement form that is required to book along with the deposit to secure your date. The bridal consultation does not book your wedding day. There are two separate rates for each appointment.
