POLICIES
DEPOSITS
All appointments are required a non-refundable/non-transferable 50% deposit. Deposits are deducted from the final rate. The remaining balance will be due the day of service. Rescheduled appointments must be made 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment and based on availability. The appointment can be rescheduled only one time after your original scheduled appointment. After the first reschedule, rebooking is required. If you do not have a rescheduled date yet, deposits can be held up to 15 days from your scheduled appointment. After 15 days, your deposit will be forfeited and rebooking is required. No call/no shows are non-refundable and will be forfeited. An additional $15 rebooking fee is required.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Rebooking is required.
LATE
A 15 minute arrival after your scheduled appointment will result to a $15 fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation and rebooking is required.
ONLINE PURCHASES
All online purchases made through www.kenyahaynie.com, including virtual personal shopping experiences, makeup lessons, and e-gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
KENYA HAYNIE & COVID-19 (strictly enforced)
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the following strict guidelines are to protect the client and makeup artist. The guidelines will be used in conjunction with the board rules for safety and sanitation that are currently in place. Please keep in mind that these requirements are in effect during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic and may be adjusted as necessary, and will be reduced when safe to do so. Violations of any guidelines will result in the appointment being cancelled immediately.
Safety Guidelines
1. Sick: If the client is feeling ill, the client is required to inform the artist in advance. Makeup artist is considered to use a disposable thermometer to check the temperature of each client. Any client who has a temperature above 99 F will be sent home immediately and not allowed to return until they have no fever and evidence of COVID-19 symptoms.
2. Limited People: Only the client who is being serviced is allowed in the room or area where makeup service will be provided.
3. Makeup Artist: Makeup artist will wear personal protective gear such as face mask, face shield, and disposable gloves.
4. Work Stations: Makeup artist will clean and disinfect all work surfaces such as chairs, vanity station, and makeup tools.
